Jeff is proud to carry on the legacy built by his father and grandfather, while continuing to grow the family business. He’s equally passionate about giving back to the Edwardsville community that has supported Lantz Homes for generations.
Stephanie manages the day-to-day operations of Lantz Homes, overseeing everything from finances and billing to contracts, scheduling, and administrative processes. She plays a critical role in keeping the company organized, efficient, and accountable. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, her leadership is felt throughout every part of the business.
Before stepping into project management, Loren spent years as a framer, giving him firsthand knowledge of how a home comes together from the ground up. Having been part of the Lantz Homes team for over 10 years, he oversees projects in the field, coordinates trades, and keeps jobs on track from foundation to finish, ensuring every home reflects the quality Lantz Homes is known for.
Bo has been with Lantz Homes for over three years and is known for being the guy who gets things done. From helping on jobsites to handling deliveries and solving last-minute problems, he’s always ready to step in wherever he’s needed. He is always on the move, and if something needs done, chances are Bo is already halfway there.
As the youngest member of the Lantz Homes team, Frankie brings plenty of personality to the office. She’s often featured in social media content, keeps everyone supplied with snacks, and makes sure her parents know exactly what they’re doing wrong.
